Hi, I’m Kuan

I’m a product designer who builds with AI. I design for problems where more than one person has to agree: teams working across time zones, a city’s housing response, a hiring process nobody trusts. Then I use AI to build the thing instead of describing it.

Lately I’ve been exploring how cross-cultural collaboration and system constraints shape how teams build, decide, and trust the tools they use. I care about clarity and structure, and about shortening the distance between an idea and a working thing.

Outside of design, I recharge by wandering the Bay Area with my energetic dog, Heisen, usually with a camera in hand.
