Hi, I’m Kuan

I’m a product designer who builds with AI. I design for complex human and organizational problems, the kind shaped by scale, ambiguity, and collaboration, and I use AI to prototype ideas, build small tools, and automate the everyday.

My work sits at the intersection of behavior, technology, and communication. Lately I’ve been exploring how cross-cultural collaboration and system constraints shape how teams build, decide, and trust the tools they use. I care about clarity and structure, and about shortening the distance between an idea and a working thing.

Outside of design, I recharge by wandering the Bay Area with my energetic dog, Heisen, usually with a camera in hand.
